Most meditations for anxiety are 1-off, guided meditations. They don't help you to take it into the world, just to treat it like a headache.
This is a very different approach. Using some ancient meditation technology, we go old-school. Learn how to do the hard work to take control of your own mind. You can be the boss of your anxiety, if you can put in the effort.
